   Thai Yoga Bodywork combines therapeutic stretching, rhythmic motion, yoga postures, and deep tissue pressure point reflexology applied to your feet, legs, body, arms and head while you rest comfortably on a cushioned mat on the floor, in comfortable clothing except for bare feet.  The meridians (energy lines) in the body are worked on to remove energy blockages, which stimulates, energizes and balances the flow of vital energy throughout your entire system.    Thai Yoga bodywork helps increase the resting muscle length, relieves muscles and joint tension, increases the circulation of blood and tones the body.  It also assists the lymphatic system to improve the elimination of waste throughout the body.  It helps prevent injuries and decrease the amount of lactic acid, which accumulates in the muscles, causing your body to be sore after a workout.  Thai Yoga Bodywork reduces stress and provides a profound feeling of relaxation.    The combination will vary according to your body and how you feel on the day you come.  Thai Yoga Bodywork is customized to the needs of the client.
   *After a Thai Bodywork session , you should drink plenty of water to help with detoxification.  You may feel some soreness or discomfort for the first 24 hours, especially in areas where you have had problems.  After that , you should feel relaxed and refreshed*
