Foundations Yoga – For the beginner seeking instruction of the basic poses. Learn breathing techniques, safe alignment, and proper transitioning. Warm-ups, yoga postures and relaxation.
Hatha Yoga – Yoga is a Sanskrit work meaning “union” or “yoke”.  Hatha Yoga, ‘Ha’ is Sanskrit for sun and ‘tha’ is moon, brings together all existence into wholeness and unity.  Hatha yoga practice regulates the physical body and stills the mind. 
Prana Yoga – Using the chakra sound vibrations to draw in energy, to clear blockages, or to send energy to areas that need healing.  Breathing techniques facilitate the holding of postures to be fully present, creating a deeper experience of life force energy within you.  An extreme feeling of oneness with yourself and surroundings is developed through this practice.  Increased pranic flow enhances mental clarity, emotional stability and physical vitality.  
Prenatal Yoga – Prenatal yoga classes provide a place of refuge where women learn to connect with their changing bodies, their babies, and each other.  Cultivate a strong prenatal practice so that when the time comes, the awareness of body, mind and breath will kick in instinctually. Yoga helps alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as heartburn, nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.
Teen Yoga – Class promotes self-esteem, self expression and building healthy relationships.  Breathing techniques will assist with sports performance, relieve test anxiety and lowers stress.  The yoga postures/poses encourage a mind body connection.
Therapeutic/Restorative Yoga – Get relief from physical restrictions, recent surgery, chronic pain, joint replacement. Personalized instruction given for your condition. Learn techniques to improve strength and movement. This class is for people who find it difficult to transition to the floor.
Vinyasa Yoga – A flowing movement practice involving synchronizing the breath. Breath used with movement creates a meditative flow.  The benefits include building internal heat, producing a purifying sweat that detoxifies the muscles and organs.  You can also experience increased stamina, strength and flexibility.  It is helpful to have a regular yoga practice when attending Vinyasa yoga.
Yoga4Cancer – FREE for cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers.  Mats are provided at no cost.  Drop-ins welcome!

 

Couples Yoga – Taking partner yoga and integrating it with mindful self reflection to promote growth within the union of two.
Group Yoga – All Levels of Hatha Yoga or Prana Yoga within a safe class setting for self exploration.
Partner Yoga -Traditional Yoga postures done with a partner to explore how people connect physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Private Yoga – Personalized instruction with a deeper emphasis on structural alignment, designed for your specific needs.
